GREEN SEA TURTLE - Chelonia mydas

13x18cm, A3, 50x70cm

One of the seven sea turtle species, green turtles travel across all the warm oceans and seas. However, they only lay their eggs in just a handful of beaches around the world. Reaching upto 1.5 metres when fully grown, they return to nest where they hatched from one of the hundred ping-pong ball sized eggs. They’ve been around since the dinosaurs, but today, sadly, they are endangered.
